Responsibilities

Own Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across key biddable platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with flawless precision and full accountability for performance
Lead Platform Strategy: Develop paid media plans and tactical approaches rooted in client goals, industry benchmarks, and historical insights
Drive Operational Excellence: Champion internal processes, campaign QA, pacing checks, and reporting frameworks to ensure seamless delivery across all clients
Deliver Performance Insights: Analyze campaign data, uncover trends, and package insights into compelling stories that drive client trust and decision-making
Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner closely with Client Leads, Creative, and Analytics to ensure your strategies ladder up to broader campaign goals
Support Innovation & Testing: Own test design and execution within your book of business, helping move both client performance and agency capabilities forward
Contribute to Culture: Share knowledge, platform updates, and POVs across the team to keep Dysrupt’s media offering sharp, fast, and future-focused

Required

5-6 years of performance marketing experience managing paid social and digital media campaigns, especially across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
Expert-level knowledge of paid media campaign structures, pacing, optimization levers, and critical metric alignment
Deep comfort with large datasets, ad tech tools, and reporting platforms like Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
Clear and confident communicator—able to explain strategies and insights to clients and internal partners alike
Proven track record of running complex campaigns independently with speed, accuracy, and performance results
A proactive perspective; you identify issues early and take initiative to solve them
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred

Certifications from Meta, Google, or other key platforms
Experience with creative performance analysis or working closely with creative teams
Familiarity with MMM, incrementality testing, or third-party measurement tools
