Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group is seeking a Training Specialist for a project engagement at a global client in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves supporting training documentation, leading low complexity projects, and collaborating with cross-functional groups on training processes.

Responsibilities

Provides support from the training area during audits/inspections

Provide training content guidance and support to JJV Franchise and sites

Leads projects of low complexity

Work with cross-functional groups to create procedures and / or collaborate in relation to the training processes administration of training curricula, training registers, training within an industry, OP Cert, archive, external regulatory agencies, operator certification, audit processes etc

Executes any other activity as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Communication skills

Preferred

Previous experience with ComplianceWire, Agile, or QUMAS is a plus
