Workday Developer
ETHOS - Talent & Advisory is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Workday Developer to join their growing team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining solutions within Workday Human Capital Management, Financials, and PSA while collaborating with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors in a timely manner
Support end users with Workday functionality, security access, and reporting needs
Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports, calculated fields, and related artifacts
Design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and document requirements for enhancements and process improvements
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Continuously improve system processes, integrations, and workflows to maximize business efficiency
Monitor Workday system performance and ensure integrations and jobs run successfully
Ensure system design and data handling comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and audit standards
Perform Workday system updates and ensure compatibility with new features and releases
Develop dashboards and analytics that support leadership reporting and strategic decision making
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and improve system workflows and user experience
Support system audits and controls to maintain compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements
Test and implement Workday delivered upgrades and feature releases, including regression testing where needed
Create and maintain training materials and documentation and provide training to business users on new or updated functionality
Perform additional related duties as assigned to support team and company goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
Five or more years of experience as a Workday Developer
Strong, practical experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer
Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules
Proficiency with web services SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT and database querying SQL
Excellent problem solving, debugging, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Workday certifications in Integrations, Reporting, or specific Workday modules
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and DevOps practices
Prior experience working in complex, multi site or multi entity environments
