Responsibilities

Assist with building, testing, and deploying promotional, transactional, and triggered email campaigns
Support the development of audience segmentation and personalization strategies
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and property-level teams to gather content, proof copy, and ensure campaign accuracy
Execute A/B testing (subject lines, creative, send times) and compile results to inform ongoing optimization
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key KPIs (open rate, CTR, revenue, deliverability, etc)
Support list hygiene efforts, ensuring clean data, proper opt-in collection, and compliance with email regulations
Assist with loyalty program communications and reporting to strengthen guest engagement and retention
Help manage creative approvals, track campaign calendars, and maintain workflow organization
Stay current on email marketing trends and emerging tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team

Required
