Responsibilities
Draft and respond to all civil discovery and manage discovery strategy
Prepare motions, oppositions, briefs, and pre/post-trial documents including MSJ and motions to compel
Conduct legal research using Lexis+ AI, Westlaw, and other platforms
Appear in court, mediations, depositions, and assist with trial/arbitration preparation
Collaborate with support staff and manage a 30+ case load under senior counsel
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
3-5 years of litigation experience; employment law/class action/PAGA experience preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, Lexis/Westlaw; familiarity with FileVine/Clio
Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and maintain client communication
