Responsibilities
Design and conduct experiments in translational and mechanistic studies
Analyze, interpret, and present data to the research team and collaborators
Contribute to manuscript writing, grant applications, and scientific communications
Mentor graduate students and technologists when appropriate
Engage in a collaborative research environment within Mayo Clinic’s world-class facilities
Qualification
Required
Ph.D, M.D./Ph.D, or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field
Track record of rigorous scientific research
Strong interest in translational/clinically relevant science
Exceptional attention to detail in experimental design, execution, and documentation
Genuine passion for scientific discovery, clinical relevance, and innovation
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Scientific curiosity and initiative, with the ability to drive projects forward
Preferred
Background in immunology, hematology, biochemistry, vascular biology, or related areas
