iGEAR® Inside Sales Associate

New Grad, Entry LevelNISC is a cooperative that provides customizable promotional items through its iGEAR service. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with production staff and sales teams to manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain managed online apparel programs for iGEAR’s primary customer base
Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters
Identify and resolve escalated customer concerns
Follow up on work orders within the production process to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to the team
Review purchase orders and artwork
Prepare purchase orders for submission to vendors
Order product from vendors
Perform data entry functions related to iGEAR and accounts receivable
Develop and build sales materials and current product knowledge
Work with iGEAR contracted artist for order artwork and approvals
Facilitate and follow up with Member/Customers on order requests
Research products offered to our customers
Submit sample requests
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
