Human Resource Intern – 2026

They are looking for a Human Resource intern to build HR functional knowledge and leadership skills while engaging in meaningful work connected to business objectives.

Responsibilities
Participate in an internship focused on building HR functional knowledge, business acumen and leadership skills
Work collaboratively across HR functions and teams to provide high-impact HR solutions
Partner with managers to execute critical HR processes that enable business success
Engage in a project sponsored by HR leadership
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be positioned to obtain their bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Performance, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior, or other HR related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Demonstrated leadership skills
Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Preferred
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
A passion to learn something new every day and to stay up to date with developments in your field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
Strong communicator with others, both written and verbal
Attention to detail: must pay strong attention to detail to be able to keep information accurate and organized while utilizing skills and knowledge to quickly learn about the project
