Senior Management

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of their business goals and needs
Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and anticipating client needs
Collaborate across company teams, including but not limited to Sales, Service Delivery, Forensics, and Support, to confirm client goals are being met
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships
Proactively monitor client communications to ensure high satisfaction levels, promptly addressing inquiries, requests, and emerging needs
Lead New Client Onboarding, coordinating internal teams and overseeing delivery, technical configuration, and training to ensure a seamless implementation experience
Act as the liaison between clients and Service Delivery, ensuring that current Playbook standards, including desired workflows, and best practices are accurately documented and consistently followed
Deliver monthly Innovation Call summaries highlighting product enhancements, new technology releases, and opportunities for clients to optimize platform utilization
Own and manage client budget requests, providing timely updates, forecasts, and visibility into project-level financials
Prepare and deliver monthly usage reports detailing at minimum storage management, user activity, inactive workspaces and overall spend trends
Review monthly invoices, collaborating with Service Delivery Directors and Accounting to ensure accuracy and transparency in client billing
Work with Sales & Sales Operations during the agreement process on assigned accounts, including renewals, Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, and estimates

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with legal and technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of eDiscovery technologies, tools, and industry best practices
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with sales, operations, and technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication
