Identify and develop new business opportunities in the multifamily housing sector
Maintain and grow relationships with existing apartment community clients
Conduct site visits to measure flooring and countertop installations
Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes
Collaborate with internal customer service and installation teams for smooth project execution
Review orders for accuracy and ensure high-quality standards are met
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Representing the company at local apartment association meetings, events, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile and desktop tools in the field
Must have a valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous experience in flooring sales or the multi-family industry
Prior experience in flooring or multifamily/property management
