Office and People Operations Manager
Trestle is a rapidly growing company that specializes in identity data APIs, and they are looking for an Office & People Operations Manager to enhance their team and operations. This role involves managing office operations, supporting people and culture initiatives, and executing strategic projects to facilitate leadership efficiency.

Responsibilities
Be a visible, trusted representative of Trestle—someone the team enjoys interacting with
Coordinate in-office rhythms and team events: weekly routines, quarterly meetings, business reviews, offsites (U.S. and India)
Ensure smooth day-one onboarding experiences
Uphold and reinforce Trestle’s company values across programs and processes
Track team sentiment and help reinforce Trestle’s positive, high-trust culture
Own day-to-day office operations: facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and basic IT troubleshooting (WiFi, conference room tech)
Manage space expansion, office layout, and equipment standards
Manage employee equipment, swag programs, and office purchasing
Keep the Bellevue office running as a highly productive, welcoming workspace
Own benefits administration, insurance coordination, and employee records
Manage onboarding/offboarding, including systems access and workflows
Support our India team through Deel (compliance and day-to-day coordination)
Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles: manage the ATS, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with leadership on hiring plans
Support vendor relationships and assist with contract reviews
Prepare materials for all hands, board meetings, and leadership reviews
Assist the founders with calendar management and prioritization
Own small research or execution projects (e.g., evaluating technology vendors, benefits providers)
Qualification
Required
5–7 years in office management, people operations, operations, or similar roles
Experience in recruiting: candidate screening, ATS systems (Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter), coordinating interviews
Comfortable managing multiple workflows and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
Trusted with sensitive information and can handle confidential HR and company matters with discretion
A detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with great communication skills
Comfortable with light technical troubleshooting (conference room setups, basic IT)
Curious and strategic—you enjoy learning the 'why,' not just executing the 'what.'
