Sr. Manager, Key Accounts - Specialty

As the Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Active Nutrition business in the specialty retail channel, focusing on sales, profitability, and building relationships with customer partners.

Responsibilities
Achieving annual budget and driving market share growth in addition to meeting/exceeding/managing key KPI’s including but not limited to gross sales, net sales, contribution margin, trade spend, %ACV, assortment goals, share, and fair share index
Bottoms up forecasting and demand planning
Cultivating and managing 360-degree retailers relationships including buyers, (and above), demand planners, customer logistics and trade marketing
Managing financial budget for promotional/trade schedules across all pertinent channels of business
Setting and attending meetings as new business opportunities present themselves
Managing & reporting POS data, promotional schedules, and financial results for each customer
Reviewing account level P&L for slotting/trade & other business-related fees
Cross functional leadership and collaboration amongst internal logistics, finance and marketing groups
Build strategies that aligns business vertical to companywide OGSM targets both short and long term, with actionable and measurable tactics created annually
Build and share key insights on customers, category and channels on a monthly and quarterly business
Collaborate with demand planning team to develop working forecasts and assist in managing inventory flow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or strong experience-based credentials
A pedigree of results building accounts that goes beyond adding total points of distribution
6+ years of experience and a proven track record managing and growing CPG sales in the Active Nutrition space including major retailers such as GNC & Vitamin Shoppe
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Has strong knowledge of CPG sales process and command of key retailers GTM strategy and business terms
Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skill
Has a strong ability to analyze data such as forecasts, sales trends, out of stocks, and seasonality trends
Ability to move fast and drive results
Strong financial literacy
Preferred
Knowledge within the Active Nutrition and Supplement industry is preferred
