Digital Services Coordinator I
Arkansas Children's is a tobacco-free workplace that values diversity and inclusion. The Digital Services Coordinator I will assist the Marketing Technology team in developing and maintaining web and digital productions, supporting overall brand management and communications programs.

Responsibilities
Assists with strategic development, design, interactive programming, maintenance and functionality of Arkansas Children's and related websites designed to support the Strategic Plan
Supports Manager of Digital Services in working with Signature Programs and departments to integrate the use of AC website and develop mechanisms that promote their services
Supports Manager of Digital Services in conducting visitor usability studies and analysis
Supports Manager of Digital Services in providing site visitation statistical reports on a regular basis to track visitor usage/trends/downloads and to identify opportunities for interactive enhancements
Supports Web Manager in administration of Google Analytics reporting systems
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
High School Diploma/GED, or 2 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
