They are seeking a Property Management Assistant in their Houston office to assist multiple Property Managers with various duties related to the management of retail shopping center portfolios.

Responsibilities

Assist multiple Property Managers with a full range of duties related to the property management of retail shopping center portfolios

Field tenant phone calls and handle issues within set guidelines

Prepare correspondence and documents for manager’s review

Respond to service calls from tenants, arrange service, create work orders and assure work is complete

Track and review Lease Commencement Agreements

Assist with the administration of service contracts and purchase orders

Prepare monthly reports for review and distribution

Assist with the preparation of budgets

Responsible for obtaining estoppel letters

Assist property managers with rent and sales collection efforts

Research leases, invoices, and contracts

Front desk/phone coverage (rotation only)

Other assignments as needed
