PestCo is one of the largest Pest Control companies in the US, offering a variety of pest control services. The Collections Rep will assist the Accounts Receivable department with collections, invoicing, and customer communication, while also maintaining records and resolving billing issues.

Responsibilities

Provide invoices and statements to customers

Cross Train on other accounting/billing processes

Updating Compliance companies with current insurance information

Monitor branch accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts

Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to collect the overdue amount

Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer

Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing

Collaborate with other departments and managers on problem resolution

Assist with special projects and analysis

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person

Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
