Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Button’s open roles, owning the process from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring goals, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure alignment throughout every stage of the process
Build and nurture a high-quality talent pipeline by leveraging diverse sourcing strategies ranging from LinkedIn Recruiter to creative, out-of-the-box tools, while staying current on market trends
Identify, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a strong, high-caliber talent pool
Work with interviewers to ensure a structured, consistent, and candidate-centric hiring experience
Maintain and optimize Button’s ATS to ensure operational efficiency, transparency, and a data-driven approach to recruiting
Lead post-interview debriefs and continuously implement process improvements to elevate hiring outcomes
Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, consistently representing Button’s values throughout the hiring process
Support additional recruiting initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed

Required

3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a tech-focused recruiting agency
Excel at managing end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing and assessing talent to driving offers to close
Motivated by a fast-moving, high-ownership culture where each hire meaningfully contributes to Button's success
Can serve as a strategic, trusted partner to hiring managers and executives, aligning talent efforts with business goals
Hands-on experience with Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other modern recruiting tools
