Business Aviation Sales Manager
VisionSafe is an innovative company specializing in cockpit smoke displacement devices, seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee business aviation sales activities. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth through the US and Canada
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with current and potential customers
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and cold calling to negotiation and closing deals
Provide an accurate and timely booking forecast for all customers in assigned territory
Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments and have an impact on the company’s sales
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to deliver value-added solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on sales performance and forecasts
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to enhance business development efforts
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience)
3+ years of sales experience in the aviation industry selling complex or technical product lines
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of aerospace components, manufacturing processes, or related technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in SalesForce, or equivalent CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel 50% or more of the time
Preferred
Based near a major airport in the mid-west (Dallas, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis preferred)
