Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of transactional legal work, including corporate, real estate, finance and hotel development

Assist with lease review and drafting

Assist with operational aspects of hotel and real estate ownership, including compliance with condo regimes, loan documents and REAs

Contract review

Due diligence for transactions, including title and survey

Form and dissolve entities, draft resolutions, maintain entity minute books, org chart and legal entity database

Oversee annual entity state filings to maintain entity state qualifications

Assist with trademark filings in coordination with outside counsel
