Customer Support Associate
WelcomeHome Software is an Atlanta-based SaaS startup focused on creating a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for the Senior Living and Home Care industries. The Customer Support Associate will work with the Customer Experience team to ensure clients effectively adopt and utilize the WelcomeHome system, providing support and training as needed.

Answering support questions about the product and its features via phone and email
Drafting articles for use in training and for our support site
Building training modules for community Sales Directors
Elevating key customer needs to the company's senior leadership
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of working experience
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Desire to learn and ability to adapt
Critical thinking skills
