Responsibilities
Own end-to-end service delivery and client satisfaction
Develop account plans and stakeholder maps to deepen partnerships
Provide training and support for Circana platforms and services
Maintain proficiency in Circana platforms (Unify, Liquid Data, OmniMarket)
Develop and enhance custom client databases and models
Leverage technology and AI to automate and streamline operations
Manage projects across cross-functional teams
Identify and resolve data quality issues with clear communication
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in operations, Technology, CPG, Retail, Market Research, or related field
5+ years of experience in client service operations or retail analytics
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with data platforms and technology solutions preferred
