Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Subject Matter Expert in mold design with potential to manage the department
Responsible for both design and hands-on execution in mold development
Support multiple departments with in-house mold shop responsibilities
Manage tooling design and modifications based on customer requests
Proficiency with CAD/CAM (AutoCAD) and basic CMM skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Familiarity with metallurgy, fabrication, and machining
