Responsibilities

Lead the Consumer pricing team, partnering with Safelite leaders on strategic direction of the portfolio including business prioritization, pricing of new & existing offerings, and pricing performance improvement
Drive pricing and strategy recommendations with SVP-level leaders and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Digital and IT to implement recommendations
Lead pricing data science initiatives and price testing agenda, with strong ability to model outcomes and pressure test team analyses. Takes ownership of driving key metrics and analysis that impact portfolio wide results
Lead price optimization initiatives, by incorporating new insights and reporting to bring to life customer, deal, part, and market factors. Dynamically incorporate insights & innovation to grow profitability and conversion
Manage pricing tool contracts and innovation initiatives, with ROI mindset and focus
Develop and maintain internal controls over pricing activities and partner with legal to ensure compliance to pricing laws and regulations
Recruit, train, lead, and develop a team of high performing pricing leaders and individuals
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree Required
10+ years Required
Deep understanding of pricing models (value-based, cost-plus, dynamic pricing), elasticity, and margin optimization. (High proficiency)
Understanding of financial principles, including profit margins, cost structures, and revenue management, with proven ability to drive financial outcomes (High proficiency)
Ability to analyze and interpret data including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions. (High proficiency)
Knowledge of descriptive and predictive analytics, and scenario modeling to forecast pricing outcomes and evaluate pricing tests. (High proficiency)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) required (Medium proficiency)
Ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that align to broader business goals. (High proficiency)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to story tell and clearly articulate complex data insights to all levels of the business, including non-technical stakeholders. (High proficiency)
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change and pricing transformation initiatives. (High proficiency)
Ability to coach and develop pricing analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. (High proficiency)
