Responsibilities

Responsible for drafting pleadings and managing discovery in all venues including State and Federal Courts

Responsible for reading, generating, and analyzing discovery and drafting discovery responses under the supervision of an assigned Attorney including answers to interrogatories, responses to Notice to Produce, authorizations for records, subpoenas and motions to comply discovery, etc

Responsible for communicating and interacting with adversaries, clients, and claims to exchange information and documentation relative to the litigation process

Responsible for scheduling independent medical examinations as well as the preparation and submission of expert packages or inquiries

Responsible for requesting and reviewing medical records

Responsible for updating data and documenting communications in case file

Responsible for preparing the case file for trial proceedings

Responsible for scanning and processing mail

Responsible for billing the appropriate file as work is performed

Responsible for electronic filing of court pleadings

Responsible for document preparation under direction of counsel

Responsible for scheduling and noticing depositions and other litigation related events
