Responsibilities
Ensure the execution of our analytics platform and measure the impact of our efforts
Review detailed information, analyze data in relation to specific business goals, and present findings in clear, actionable formats
Create and refine analytical tools that benefit our clients
Take ownership of the accurate and timely production of team reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits role
Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting
Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
Preferred
BS/BA in insurance, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Producer's License for Life/Health, or the ability to obtain upon hire
