Responsibilities

Up to 50% travel required

Manages new product launches and product enhancements

Evaluate and optimize business processes through procedures and/or technology

Developing and/or delivering reports, presentations and/or recommendations to executive audiences

Has a hand in defining roadmap based on business needs and effectively follows up with others while leading projects from idea to positive execution

Creates and manages Proformas across multiple projects within the program portfolio. Delivers the program portfolio on-time and under budget

Monitors, appraises, and manages subordinate staff utilizing performance results
