Responsibilities

Partner with the fund management, compliance, legal and tax structuring teams to deliver client focused solutions

Provide oversight for the financial operations and accounting that supports the creation, distribution, and servicing of Alternative Investment products to distribution partners

Oversee the audit process, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion

Provide general accounting support, drive management and corporate reporting, and provide thoughtful input to resolve technical accounting issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of related work experience, with a mix of public accounting and private sector accounting

Experience in alternative financial services and/or private equity structures with a CPA/CA designation

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to investment accounting

Significant experience in Microsoft Excel required

Preferred

Experience in funds registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or the Exchange Act of 1934 would be advantageous
