Manage menu updates and ensure accurate mapping between POS and KDS

Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime

Provide support for KDS-related issues across multiple locations

Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated technical problems

Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service records

Ensure proper integration between Aloha POS, third-party delivery platforms, and KDS

Implement seasonal and promotional menu changes across all channels

Test and deploy software updates and patches for KDS and POS systems

Develop training materials and conduct sessions for kitchen staff and managers

Maintain SOPs for KDS operations and troubleshooting
