Responsibilities

Cultivate strong relationships with investors, sell-side analysts, and financial stakeholders effectively communicating the company’s history, market position, and forward-looking strategy to enhance market perception of the company

Partner with CMO/Investor Relations and CFO to develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategy that enhances relationships with current and potential shareholders, driving long-term shareholder value

Author and refine high-impact press releases and earnings call scripts that articulate complex financial data and strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency for stakeholders while aligning messaging with corporate objectives

Successfully organize and execute investor conferences, analysts’ roadshows, and presentations that showcase the company's performance and strategic direction, leading to increased participation and heightened investor interest

Conduct in-depth analyses of the stockholder base and implement targeted outreach strategies, leveraging insights from NYSE and sell-side analysts to identify potential investors and enhance shareholder composition

Establish key performance indicators for investor relations activities, regularly analyzing and reporting on effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with corporate objectives

Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and best practices in investor communications, fostering trust and integrity in all investor interactions
