Copper Run is a fast-paced investment bank seeking a Vice President to lead buy-side M&A engagements in their Columbus office. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to clients, driving deal execution, and mentoring junior talent while shaping the firm's success.

Investment Banking

Responsibilities

Serve as lead advisor on buy-side M&A transactions
Provide strategic guidance to clients and manage execution
Build and maintain relationships with acquisition targets and other stakeholders
Negotiate deal terms to secure client objectives
Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and analysis
Mentor analysts and associates; build team capability
Develop new business through referral networks and outreach
Represent Copper Run’s culture and values in every interaction

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration

Deep knowledge of financial statements, modeling, and valuation
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and collaborative

FINRA Series 63 and 79
CRM and PitchBook experience
