Responsibilities

Manage forecasts and allocation of consumables and the library collection
Analyze market trends with Sales Team and Product Development to refine forecasts and optimize allocation strategies for warehouses and retail locations
Provide in-depth, on-demand analysis of SKU-level data by tracking product family trends, new product performance, and top sellers; share insights with Sales and Management teams
Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to provide up-to-date information on delivery schedules, sales rates, and make reallocation recommendations to avoid stock-outs
Support the Demand Planner in building a comprehensive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Enter the book and objects reservations into the ERP system for events and potential orders
Conduct continuous improvement projects to strengthen the Demand Planning process, including implementing new tools, analyzing forecast accuracy (planned vs. actual sales), and optimizing monthly alignment with the Sales team

Required

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) from an Engineering or Business School with a specialization in Supply Chain
You are organized, autonomous, reliable, and demonstrate strong analytical rigor
You have strong proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate the company's systems (NetSuite)
You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills: you are comfortable with numbers and able to conduct cross-functional analyses to propose concrete and pragmatic solutions
You demonstrate good adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
You are fluent in English (B2)

You have a first successful experience in Demand Planning
