The ADAS Strategy Director will lead a multi-disciplinary team to define the future of Ford’s ADAS technology platforms, manage the ADAS investment portfolio, and serve as a subject-matter expert on industry trends and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead the global ADAS strategy within the Technology Strategy organization

Define the compute, sensing, software, and feature roadmaps for ADAS technology

Manage Ford’s ADAS investment portfolio and ensure resource allocation to achieve objectives

Drive tradeoff decisions where needed in the ADAS investment portfolio

Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking across OEMs, suppliers, startups, and ecosystem partners

Leverage supplier relationships, industry consortiums, competitive tear-downs, and major tech events to inform strategy

Serve as the company’s subject-matter expert on current and future ADAS industry trends, competitive analysis, and threat identification

Oversee ADAS technology migration across Ford’s global portfolio
