Associate Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of TriNet’s products and services that support the SMB industry
Engage in professional development workshops, sales training sessions, and mentorship programs to enhance foundational skills in sales and business acumen
Assist Sales Consultants with sales preparation activities, including performing account research, updating Salesforce CRM, and tailoring presentations and proposals
Support lead generation and prospecting by researching potential accounts, identifying decision-makers, and compiling prospecting lists
Attend sales meetings and engage with prospects and partners via phone, email, video calls, or in person. Use Outlook and Teams to send follow-up emails and schedule meetings
Leverage essential sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Highspot to effectively support the sales teams
Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed promptly and with a high degree of accuracy
Consistently reflect TriNet's core values in all interactions and comply with all policies and standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Be open to relocation for future field sales roles

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior internship, sales, customer-facing, or business experience is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other sales tools is advantageous
