Responsibilities
Uploads invoices into accounts payable system
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices
Obtains all necessary documentation for processing
Responds to questions regarding invoices
Research and resolve invoice issues, escalates more complex issues to team lead
Provide research and documentation to assist regional and corporate accounting teams
Communicates with varies individuals from the branches and the finance area
Adheres to compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards and policies and practices
Analyze payables data as requested
Assist team lead with various projects
Qualification
Required
High School diploma and 3 years related experience required
Preferred
Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese speaking/writing)
Minimum: Bilingual (English, Spanish speaking/writing)
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
4 or more years related experience
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Associates degree
