Responsibilities
Suggest new product features
Interview our property management customers to get feedback on their requirements
Collect product feedback
Go to national industry events (NAA, OPTECH etc)
Run resident surveys
Product product, marketing and sales team feedback on how to improve the product
Qualification
Required
Property management background, either on the multifamily or commercial side
Ability to provide feedback to engineering, marketing, and sales teams
Willingness to attend major key conferences and occasional customer events
Experience in interviewing property management customers to gather feedback
Ability to suggest new product features based on industry knowledge
Experience in running resident surveys
Ability to collect and analyze product feedback
