Responsibilities

Provide support for U.S./UK Joint Program logistical and technical meetings
Become the technical lead for several meeting forums assigned to you
Prepare agendas, announcements, action item logs, watch lists, and attendee listings
Write meeting summaries, documenting the key points and important decisions made between the U.S. and UK governments
Assist the U.S. Government customers in keeping them appraised of the current concerns prevalent in your meeting forums
Be the Navy liaison for the atomic reporting, as well as the Polaris Sales Agreement (PSA) export control requirements and tracking
Provide assistance in preparing and transmitting electronic files between our U.S. Government customers and their contractors
Ensure the information is expeditiously transferred to the UK team through defined information sharing channels
Be the liaison for UK MDA and PSA export control requirements and tracking
Work independently across a multi-regional team
Become the dedicated point of contact for all meeting management and logistics between the U.S. and UK government and their contractors for assigned meeting forums
Coordinate and host technical program meetings
Document, track, and report on technical program meeting action items and deliverables
Understand and manage transmissibility reporting for all atomic information exchanges with the UK government
Track and support electronic file transmission for various meetings and briefings
Write technical reports and other technical documentation as required by the contract
Perform other duties in support of the customer as required
Able and willing to travel domestically/internationally in accordance with customer meeting requirements

Required

BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2
A BS/BA in a technical (Science or Engineering) field of study and 3+ years of experience
Must possess and maintain an active DoD Top Secret clearance and have the ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance
Demonstrated experience with organization, logistics, and meeting management
Demonstrated experience and willingness to be a technical writer and editor when producing content
Proactive and organized personality with the ability to multitask
Able to work closely and clearly communicate with the customer, other organizations on the UK program team, and Arcfield team across multiple office locations
Able to work face-to-face and remotely with our customer
Able to work both independently and as a member of a team
Possess strong written and oral skills
Able to grow in your career with a diverse team
A positive mindset that is willing to continually learn
Understand and follow security-related operations
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred

An MS or MA in a technical (Science or Engineering) field of study and have 1+ years of related experience
Ability to comprehend complex technical content
Understand technical vernacular and systems engineering concepts
Familiar with updating DOORS with changes to requirements and tagging them as UK interest when requirements affect the UK program, and providing periodic reports
Experience working in a classified environment and with security-related operations
Experience with or knowledge of the Navy Fleet Ballistic Missile program
Familiar with the design and military utilization of nuclear weapons
Familiar with treaty and agreements related to the U.S./UK nuclear cooperation
