Responsibilities

Partner with business users to understand and document requirements that impact payroll workflows and system functionality
Review current payroll processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization or improvement
Translate requirements into system design specifications and support configuration efforts that align with organizational policies and leading practices
Work closely with technical teams throughout system updates or new feature deployments, including configuration validation, testing, and rollout support
Provide onboarding, guidance, and support to end users adopting new payroll processes or system features
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing maintenance activities
Maintain thorough documentation for processes, configurations, enhancements, and operational procedures
Support audit, compliance, and security activities related to payroll data and system access

Qualification

Required

Degree in business, information systems, or a related field
Background as a systems or business analyst with hands-on experience supporting cloud based payroll modules
Strong understanding of payroll operations, regulatory requirements, and general tax or compliance considerations
Experience configuring, maintaining, or supporting enterprise HR and payroll applications, including costing, calculations, and system setup
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and manage details with accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders
Comfortable managing tasks independently and balancing multiple projects
