Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site technical escalation point for electrical and test-related issues
Own the test area, including safety, procedures, and final acceptance decisions
Supervise a small production team (initially 3–5 employees)
Coordinate daily production flow, quality, and throughput
Troubleshoot electrical and control-level issues as they arise
Ensure compliance with electrical safety and lockout/tagout practices
Act as the primary technical interface with off-site engineering support
Support startup activities, training, and early production ramp-up
Qualification
Required
Senior Electrical Technician, Lead Industrial Electrician, Electrical Lead, or similar
Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Comfortable with control-level wiring, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience acting as a technical decision-maker or escalation point
Prior experience leading or training others (formal or informal supervision)
Ability to balance production demands with safety and test discipline
