Sourcing Supervisor
Savers | Value Village is one of the largest for-profit thrift operators in the United States, committed to championing reuse and sustainability. The Sourcing Supervisor will oversee supplier contracts, manage a team of Sourcing Specialists, and ensure that the sourcing department meets operational goals while collaborating with various internal and external departments.

Responsibilities
Leads and participates on cross functional teams and acting liaison between the various internal/external departments to ensure Sourcing’s needs are met (Marketing, Legal, RSCM, FUNDrive, HPU, ADS, IT, etc.)
Providing insight, analysis and analytics to the Directors and RSCM’s through the ad hoc reports and construction/maintenance of long-term reporting
Overseeing and managing our supplier contracts and implementation of the data points from the contracts
Managing and maintaining information in the various transactional systems Sourcing handles (CRM, MMP, SP, EDR, IMS, MDB, CLM, AX, DMS, DM, SharePoint, Power Apps, etc.)
Supports the entire Sourcing department and other departments
Supervision and managing of Sourcing Specialists
Coaching, training, developing, & assigning/following-up with projects/tasks
Provides testing and make recommendations/requirements in UAT of our current systems/applications and future states to ensure information flows properly through the system once released to PRD
Ensuring accuracy of payments to our suppliers and timely processing
Proactively communicates key data to internal partners
Manages a high volume of requests and prioritizes according to business needs
Prepares and maintains communications with external non-profit partners and vendors to ensure the sourcing and operational goals, policies and procedures are met
Manages supply chain projects (includes coordinating internal resources, assisting in the definition of scope and objectives, tracking progress and ensuring projects are delivered on-time)
Proactively initiates process improvements
Contributes to the development of team goals

Qualification
Required
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Apps)
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers, non-profit partners and vendors
Demonstrated organization skills
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to compile, prepare, and provide data in a clear and accurate format
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to assist team members with projects, correspondence and reports
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Highly detail-oriented
Ability to identify needs and recommend solutions
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
Ability to work within the Savers culture
Sourcing and Retail Operations experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities
3-5 years of finance, accounting, project management, supply chain or management experience
Preferred
Preferred knowledge – SQL, DAX, Power Automate, and/or Power BI Development
