Responsibilities
Build and grow referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, municipalities, contractors, and other key partners
Conduct daily outside sales calls and weekly presentations to referral sources
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities using research, networking, and consistent outreach
Maintain an organized pipeline, track activity, and manage relationships using CRM tools
Represent their values of professionalism, honesty, and integrity while building trust in the community
Collaborate closely with leadership and operations to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly business development goals, supported by a strong internal team
Work primarily in the field, with occasional evenings or weekend events when needed
Qualification
Required
B2B sales experience in a service-based industry is required
Strong relationship-builder with the ability to open doors and earn trust
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your schedule independently
Confident making face-to-face sales calls and delivering presentations
Strong communication skills and high professionalism
Ability to analyze trends and adapt outreach strategies when needed
