Responsibilities

Support and contribute to projects using the Ivalua platform within industry or consulting environments
Configure Ivalua modules, including design setup, workflows, and callback creation
Build and maintain APIs to support integrations and business processes
Develop and execute SQL queries to build reports, retrieve data, and support enterprise application integrations (EAI)
Support priority incidents, bugs, and fixes to ensure system stability and continuity
Participate in project release processes and deployment activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
Work with third-party solution providers to support integrations and project delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project and support engagements

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Ivalua experience in a project role within industry or consulting
L2 certification required; L3 certification preferred in P2P, INT, or SQL (Ivalua)
Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers
Deep knowledge of the Ivalua solution, including API development
Experience writing SQL queries for reporting, data extraction, and system integration
Experience supporting production issues, including priority bug fixes
Experience working with configuration modules, workflows, and callback development
Knowledge of project release and deployment processes
Strong analytical skills with a structured, results-oriented working style
Ability to independently pursue problem resolution and collaborate effectively with team members
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of SAP transactions
Experience collaborating with third-party solution providers
