PlayCore is seeking a CNC Press Brake Set-Up Operator to join Compumeric engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up complex press brake equipment, leading the press brake area, and ensuring production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Proven and efficient capability setting up complex press brake equipment with heads up instrument panels along with CNC editing, troubleshooting, and preferably programming controls

Must have good math skills related to equipment set-up, readings and analysis

Read and interpret blueprints

Demonstrated ability with precision measurement equipment

Maintains area hygiene above industry standards

Develop and maintain solid employee morale and safety awareness

Adheres to safety and environmental rules

Performs general housekeeping

Ability to lead others in performing operations, set-up, training, and scheduling assigned work

Ability to communicate with others in English and Spanish is highly preferred

Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned as appropriate and necessary

Required

Skilled in performing set-ups on CNC Press Brake Machines

Ability to read blueprints

Proficient in using a tape measurer and calipers

3+ years' experience setting up Press Brake Machines necessary

Proven and efficient capability setting up complex press brake equipment with heads up instrument panels along with CNC editing, troubleshooting, and preferably programming controls

Good math skills related to equipment set-up, readings and analysis

Demonstrated ability with precision measurement equipment

Ability to lead others in performing operations, set-up, training, and scheduling assigned work

Ability to communicate with others in English

Preferred

Ability to communicate with others in Spanish is highly preferred
