Conduct condition monitoring activities

Serve as a trusted expert in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
Own specific areas of the plant or site
Use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and enhance operational excellence
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
Completion of an Apprentice Development Program accepted in lieu of formal education
2+ years of hands-on condition monitoring experience
Infrared Thermography Certification (ISO Category II or Category 2) — required
Vibration Analysis Certification (ISO Category II or equivalent) — required
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical or electrical exposure
Solid understanding of predictive maintenance technologies and advanced data acquisition methods
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in computer-based tools and data systems
Ability to work independently while serving as a go-to technical resource for team members and clients
Commitment to mentoring and sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability
Preferred
Technical degree preferred
Advanced Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) training preferred
