Review/Draft client documents required for HUD applications to purchase properties
Experience with TPA applications for HUD (Transfer of Physical Assets)
Research/Draft/Review contracts, by-laws
Experience establishing and operational requirements for non-profit entities
Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter and able to work independently
Qualification
Required
Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Non-Profit and Transactional Real Estate law
Facilitate real estate deals
Review/Draft client documents required for HUD applications to purchase properties
Experience with TPA applications for HUD (Transfer of Physical Assets)
Research/Draft/Review contracts, by-laws
Experience establishing and operational requirements for non-profit entities
Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
