EHS Project Manager / Consultant
CDMS is a premier Environmental Health and Safety Consulting company serving clients across California. They are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Consultant to manage EHS consulting projects, solve compliance issues, and mentor junior specialists. The role requires balancing project management expertise with experience in implementing EHS programs.

Responsibilities
Manage EHS projects for our clients providing exceptional client service while maintaining project schedules and budgets
Prepare reports for our clients to follow guidance and regulations designed by EPA, DTSC, local CUPAs, Fire departments, Water boards and other federal, state and local government agencies
Assist with permitting requirements and documentation (air quality, wastewater, Tiered Permitting, storm water, etc.)
Conducting training for employees of client companies
Conducting monitoring (air monitoring, soil sampling, etc.)
Conducting compliance audits
Providing ongoing compliance support to clients
Providing various other support activities to clients to assist with their compliance efforts
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
The ability to work independently and lead a project team
A high attention to detail and strong project management skills
A personable demeanor and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable conducting trainings to groups of 10-40 people (10% of the job)
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
