Responsibilities
Identify candidates with specialized skills across firmware, perception, mechatronics, and systems integration
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with passive talent, presenting complex technical opportunities clearly and professionally
Collaborate with Engineering Managers to deconstruct technical requirements and adjust search strategies based on market feedback and calibration
Conduct initial screens to assess technical relevance and manage the early stages of the candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate data tracking in the ATS (Greenhouse)
Partner with Full-Cycle Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators to ensure seamless candidate hand-offs and efficient scheduling
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sourcing experience, specifically within robotics, hardware, or complex systems engineering
Experience sourcing for roles that combine hardware and software (e.g., Embedded Systems, Computer Vision etc.)
Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to review and evaluate technical profiles across hardware and software disciplines, distinguishing between generalist and specialist skill sets
Understanding of the engineering landscape regarding robotics, automation, or complex hardware products
Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate outreach and stakeholder management
Self-motivated with an interest in understanding complex technical domains. Capable of managing multiple priorities

Preferred
Proficiency with Greenhouse (preferred) or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
