Responsibilities

Lead & Innovate: Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies for reverse logistics and repair services
Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee demand planning, operations control, new product introduction, repair process development, and parts reclamation
Champion Quality: Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to ensure top-tier quality assurance and continuous improvement
Own the Numbers: Manage P&L performance, budgets, and profitability for your areas of responsibility
Collaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Training and New Product Development, to launch new products and optimize processes
Build High-Performing Teams: Hire, mentor, and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Client-Focused Leadership: Serve as a key liaison to resolve operational and product issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

Lean Six SigmaP&L managementDemand planningAdvanced ExcelAnalytical skillsTechnical backgroundISO knowledgeOSHA knowledgeLean Green BeltOracle experienceLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
7+ years leading complex operations (manufacturing/repair preferred)
2+ years managing P&L
4+ years in demand planning, procurement, production planning, and new product introduction
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, trend analysis)
Lean Six Sigma expertise
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

Technical/mechanical background
ISO & OSHA knowledge
Lean Green Belt certification
Oracle experience
