Straumann Group is a leader in developing and supplying dental solutions. The Manufacturing Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while leading a team of operators and technicians.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production schedules

Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and production output to ensure efficiency

Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions

Lead, train, and mentor production team members to improve performance and morale

Conduct team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and safety procedures

Provide performance feedback and support employee development initiatives

Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications

Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures

Conduct inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry regulations

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to optimize production flow

Collaborate with other departments to drive operational excellence

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of experience in CNC manufacturing environment

At least 1 year in a leadership role

Strong understanding of production processes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field preferred
