Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and residential properties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform electrical upgrades, panel changes, lighting installations, and power distribution work
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in both commercial and residential environments
Strong technical expertise
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Experience performing electrical upgrades, panel changes, lighting installations, and power distribution work
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
Knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes
