Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned national accounts
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and client objectives
Understand client challenges and tailor solutions that align with Bohler’s capabilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing needs with speed and care
Partner with internal teams, including operations, technology, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery
Identify opportunities to expand services, geographies, and partnerships
Track performance metrics, ensure profitability, and implement improvements
Conduct strategic client meetings and check-ins to strengthen relationships
Maintain client standards and review deliverables for quality and consistency
Collaborate with regional leaders to align initiatives and share best practices

Required

10+ years of experience in engineering, project management, business development, or client strategy
Experience managing national or multi-regional land development and AEC client relationships (e.g., retailers, developers, owners)
Strong understanding of one or more of Bohler's service lines (civil engineering, survey, landscape architecture, etc.)
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers
Ability to lead complex client strategies and drive measurable business outcomes
Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
