Responsibilities

Strategic Program Management: Support the design and end-to-end execution of global agency programs (e.g., incentive policies, agency onboarding). Drive process optimization to improve overall operational efficiency

Daily Strategic Operations: Oversee the daily execution of critical business policies (e.g., incentive data validation, agency whitelisting, and compliance checks). Ensure "zero-error" execution to support the broader monetization strategy

Data Analysis & Business Insights: Dive deep into global business data to uncover trends and opportunities. You will not just report numbers, but transform raw data into actionable strategic insights that support management decision-making and business reviews

Product Operations Strategy: Act as a bridge between business needs and product solutions. Collaborate with the Product team to test internal tools and provide strategic feedback to accelerate product iteration

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Data Science and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure the accuracy of operational data

Qualification

ExcelData AnalysisStrategic ExecutionSQLCommunication Skills

Required

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Strong proficiency in Excel. Capable of processing complex data and deriving logic-based conclusions

Strategic Execution: Proactive and self-driven. Willing to handle hands-on daily operations with a 'big picture' mindset to identify root causes and drive improvements

Accountability is the baseline. Must possess a growth mindset and high standards for work quality—proactive and self-driven

Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred

SQL is a plus

Able to intern for 4 months or longer, 4-5 days per week
